OCBA MFA New Arbitrator Orientation & Training
OCBA members in practice four years or more are encouraged to volunteer as a Mandatory Fee Arbitration program arbitrator. This arbitrator training will provide an overview of the OCBA fee arbitration program, rules of procedure and ethical considerations regarding becoming a MFA arbitrator. This complimentary training session is required for all new MFA Committee arbitrators.*
Must become a member of OCBA MFA Committee to attend this training.
This acitivity is approved for 2.5 General CLE Credit, including 0.50 Legal Ethics CLE. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
