Join us for a dynamic program featuring weekday classes and weekend skill-based practicums, designed for attorneys in their first seven years of practice. The event includes:

Wednesday, July 30: Week 1 Lecture - The Basics: Fact Witness vs. PMK (Lecture & Panel)
Wednesday, August 6: Week 2 Lecture - Advanced Tactics: Retained vs. Non-Retained Expert Witness (Lecture & Panel)
Each lecture is divided into two sessions:
Session 1 (Lecture-style): An hour-long presentation on key topics.
Session 2 (Panel-style): Featuring a live or recorded deposition with real-time feedback from panelists.
Practicums:
Saturday, August 2: Practice basic deposition skills
Saturday, August 9: Practice both basic skills and advanced tactics
For all Wednesday Sessions: Registration begins at 5:00 PM | Program starts at 5:30 PM
For all Saturday Sessions: Registration Begins at 9:00 AM | Session starts at 9:30 AM
