Mastering the Trademark Registration Process: Avoiding the Rejection Pile, Office Action Nightmares & Creating Samples of Use
In this presentation, we will discuss optimizing and overcoming routinely faced challenges of the federal trademark registration process. The discussion will include likelihood of confusion-based trademark rejections, disproving relatedness, arguing different dominant portions of marks, and challenging cited registrations based on non-use in overcoming rejections, post-registration audits, and specimens of use.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
