The program will cover when insurers will have to defend intellectual property and business tort claims; who, when, and how policyholders should notify insurers and of which claims, coverage beyond CGL policies, and when, why, and how to elicit assistance of policyholder coverage counsel.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS.
