OCBA Insurance Law Section Seminar: Annual Year In Review      
 
Join your fellow Insurance Law Section members for a comprehensive review of recent case law developments.  
 
The program will highlight key decisions addressing:
  • General principles of policy interpretation, including the evolving  “illusory coverage” doctrine
  • Sexual abuse and molestation exclusions in third-party liability policies
  • Delivery exclusions in first-party automobile collision coverage
  • Insurer, agent, and broker liability for inadequate first-party property coverage limits
  • The “direct physical loss or damage” requirement in first-party property claims
  • Recovery of Brandt attorney fees  
 
The program will also cover recent statutory changes affecting minimum automobile liability limits, as well as significant insurance cases currently pending before the California Supreme Court.      

This program is approved for 2.0 CLE Credits. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
