Because You are Not Infallible: Heading Off Issues Related to Legal Malpractice Insurance
Lawyers must be able to break down the essential parts of a legal malpractice policy and understand what is covered and what is not covered. This program will cover broad aspects of legal malpractice coverage and address items like determining what limits to carry, disclosure rules for insurance, provide guidance as to when to report a potential circumstance, when to report a state bar complaint and much more. The goal is to better understand the responsibilities a lawyer has when an error has occurred and how to best mitigate the damages.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
