Travel Ban Update: Echoes of Korematsu to Current Litigation
 
Presiding Judge Kirk H. Nakamura will present on the connections between today's travel ban and the Korematsu v. U.S. decision from 1944, which upheld the internment of Japanese citizens of the United States during World War II. Mr. Curtis Lee Morrison will provide an overview of the outstanding post-Trump v. Hawaii litigation challenging the travel ban, including a class action case and mandamus cases. Please join us for this timely event on the travel ban.
