AI and Healthcare Fraud

Recent advances in artificial intelligence hold enormous promise for the future of health care, but also new risks. Some of them concern the use of AI to commit and conceal fraud, kickbacks, and other types of misconduct. Courts, companies, and counsel will need to adapt and gain a better understanding of how the technology can be misused. Led by former federal and state prosecutors with cybercrime and healthcare enforcement experience, this presentation will discuss some of the ways AI can factor into healthcare fraud, and how courts and legislatures are addressing the issue.

This program is approved for 1.0 Technology CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.

Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
