No Surprises! Federal and State Prohibitions on Surprise Medical Bills
This program will discuss recent federal and California laws that prohibit surprise medical bills in situations where the consumer most likely did not choose their provider - emergency services, unexpected non-emergency services, and air ambulance services. This program will also discuss new California legislation, effective January of this year, that extended surprise billing protections to ground ambulance services.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
