Covid-19 PREP Act, What Every Health Care Litigator Needs to Know
Immunities and the PREP Act. Attendees will learn about the how to use immunities strategically in health care litigation as well as understand the application and procedural requirements for immunities under the federal PREP Act. The discussion will cover the statutory scheme and compensation program under the PREP Act.
