Changes in Legal Education Amid Federal Loan Legislation

Dean Parrish will provide an update on current developments in legal education, including the new federal loan legislation that goes into effect this summer and its impact at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He will discuss the broader implications of the legislation, the recent surge in law school applications, ongoing debates over accreditation, and proposed changes to the bar exam. The program will conclude with a special “Lightning Round,” offering attendees the opportunity to pose questions directly to the Dean of a Top 40 law school. This is a unique opportunity to listen and engage with a highly respected legal scholar at the forefront of today’s most important conversations in legal education.
