A Review of the United States and California Supreme Courts' 2024-2025 Cases Impacting the Banking and Lending Industries
The United States Supreme Court issued numerous opinions in the now-concluded 2024 term impacting the Banking and Lending Industry, and persons who use Banking and Lending Services. The California Supreme Court has also issued opinions impacting this area. Join us for a discussion of these cases and how they impact our practice. Time permitting, we will also look at cases that may be considered by the Courts in the next year.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
