A presentation by Severson & Werson focusing on
recent regulatory and litigation updates in the consumer
financial services industry. The presentation will focus on
various industry-wide changes in regulatory frameworks,
state and federal legislative changes, and new litigation
trends applicable to the consumer banking and lending.
We will cover specific updates in auto financing,
mortgage lending, consumer banking, data privacy and
beyond. We will also cover changes and trends with the
new administration to date.
