California's New Banking and Lending Laws and Legislation
This program will examine the new laws enacted by the legislature that will govern the Banking and Lending Industry beginning in 2025. We will examine laws that impact origination and servicing of consumer loans and commercial loans, enforcement of loans and debts, licensing,and areas of new regulations. We will also look at laws that were proposed, but not enacted, that may resurface in the 2025 legislature. The discussion will be interactive, and comprise a presentation and full discussion.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
