This evening seminar is a two-part program focusing on the heart of most dissolution cases: the family home. This program will explore litigation related to the family home at all stages of the dissolution process and the impact on families. From initial intake, discovery strategy, and temporary orders including the effects of domestic violence and deferred sale orders, to transmutation and valuation issues, the presentation will also provide tips and strategies for effectively presenting real property issues at trial.      

     
This WEBINAR is approved for 3.0 CLE Credits, including 0.5 Civility CLE Credits. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
