Evidence In Action: A Two-Part Series Seminar | Part 1: Custody Shild Support and DVPA

Each evening of the 2023 Evidence in Action Presentation brings you three separate hearings. Each hearing will have a different presiding judge, examining attorney, opposing attorney and a testifying party. This is as real as it gets! The evidentiary hearings will take you through questions, answers, presentation of exhibits, objections, rulings, and more. After the hearing, the examining attorney and judicial officer will conduct a debriefing of what you just saw and give you actionable practice tips you can use next time you are in court.
