"Civility In and Outside the Courtroom"
The seminar solely focuses on civility in the legal profession. The focus will be on civility inside and outside the courtroom. The issues to be addressed are (1) Guidelines on civility and professionalism; (2) What is the difference between civility in the courtroom and outside the courtroom; (3) What, if any, are the consequences of incivility; and (4) How does a judicial officer handle an attorney who is acting uncivil.
This program is approved for 1.0 Civility Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
