The OCBA Family Law Section Annual State of the Court
The annual State of the Court will mark the conclusion of another term for tje Family Law Section. Supervising JUdge, the Honorable Eric J. Wersching, will present a comprehensive overview of the past year, address matters currently in progress, and outline anticipated goals for 2026. The program will also include the presentation of the George Bailey Award. Daniel J. Boehm will provide background on the award, which will be bestowed posthumously upon Commisioner Kasch. Family and friends will join in this special recognition. The program will conclude with the formal farewell of the 2025 Family Law Board and the installation of the 2026 officers and Executive Committee members.
