The OCBA Family Law Section Annual State of the Court  

 

Another term is coming to a close. And, another State of the Court. Our Supervising Judge, The Honorable Julie A. Palafox will share a summary of our year, those items still in process, and anticipated goals for 2025. There will be two awards that will be bestowed: Attorney Marjorie G. Fuller will share the history of and about Judge J.E.T. Rutter-This award will be bestowed upon The Honorable James E. Waltz, (Ret.). And, Daniel J. Boehm will provide background on the George Bailey Award-posthumously being awarded to Clerk Terri Dunning. Families and friends will join in the celebration. Lastly, your 2024 family law board will say farewell and the 2025 officers and executive committee members will be installed.
