Orange County Department of Child Support Services: Who We Are and What CSS Can Do for Your Client
This program will include discussion and analysis of legal authority; Family Code, United States Code, and Case Law, relevant to the creation of local child support agencies, and administration of these programs.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. This program offers 1.0 California Legal Specialization Credit for Family Law Specialists. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
