Know Your Options About Stocks and Options: Employment-Related Stock Units and Stock Options (Characterization, Division, and Impact on Support)
This program is focused on (a) the different types of employment-related stock units and stock options, (b) their characterization as community property, separate property or mixed character, (c) the different ways to divide community and mixed character stock units and options including the tax consequences, and (d) how such stock units and options may be income available for child support and/or spousal support purposes.
