2026 Update from the Bench
Presentation regarding new policies, procedures and rules in the Probate Courts along with discussion as to new laws impacting this practice area. The Probate Division will answer frequently asked questions regarding petitions, motions, ex-partes and other filings while providing guidance on best practices for attorneys.
