Financial Abuse and Senior Protection
Financial scams targeting seniors is a growing issue. Kelli Morris will highlight new scams and trends in fraud impacting older clients. Kelli will educate attorneys on how to protect their clients, focusing on what to look for in “tough” financial abuse cases. As a mediator and social security disability appeals attorney, Kelli will also offer insight into the best ways for attorneys to help their older clients if they become a victim of a financial scam/fraud.
