Pressure Test Your Delay Expert – Delay Analysis Methodologies
Schedule delays are frequently contentious aspects of dispute resolution. Consequently, parties spend
significant dollars on experts to analyze delay, assess liability, and determine compensability. Understanding
how your expert chooses to analyze delay and recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of common delay
analysis methodologies is crucial. This presentation will provide you with important questions you can use to
“pressure test” your expert and offer insight into current delay analysis methodologies.
