The Impact of COVID-19 On Jury Pools
Our jury consultants collected data from over 5,000 people through various rounds of surveys nationwide since the beginning of the pandemic and we are now conducting presentations/ roundtables for our law firm and corporate clients. The survey questions have been focused on how COVID-19 has impacted jury pools and their perceptions of corporations in various industries. We have also been collecting information about: •
Experiences and attitudes related to COVID-19 •
Feelings about having to appear for jury duty •
How changed perceptions will likely impact verdicts in civil lawsuits, including damages and susceptibility to the Reptile Strategy
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
