Please join us as our panelists discuss the different protections lenders may bargain for to prevent a bankruptcy (such as, bankruptcy veto rights in a company’s operating agreement and “bad boy” guarantees triggered upon bankruptcy) and the current state of the decisions addressing these provisions.
