This program will focus on the current status of data breach class actions, an explanation of the Dark Web, and an exploration of using data subjects' data on the Dark Web to challenge class representative standing, putative classmember standing, class certification, and damages.  

Meeting is exclusive to OCBA Corporate Counsel Section Members only.
 
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
