Litigating In Complex Civil: A Discussion With Complex Civil Judges William Claster, David Hoffer, and Layne Melzer
Judges Claster, Hoffer, and Melzer will address a number of topics concerning the OC Superior Court Complex Civil Panel, including how and why cases are deemed complex, how they handle complex cases, rules and practices in Complex, differences litigating there versus other OC Civil Courts, and their expectations for lawyers who appear before them.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
