Using Appellate Counsel to Win at Trial
There is a growing trend in litigation: the collaboration between trial and appellate attorneys in trial court proceedings. The panelists, one trial attorney and one appellate attorney, will discuss this trend and identify ways clients can leverage the different skill sets of trial and appellate attorneys to increase chances of winning in the trial court and on appeal.
