The 2025 Litigation and Appellate Summit is coming to San Fransisco!
The Summit will feature keynote presentations by Jack Bair, Chief Legal Officer of the San Franisco Giants, and California Supreme Court Associate Justice Martin Jenkins. In addition, the summit will have their annual update on key court decisions, legislation, and administrative decisions from the past year, a SCOTUS update, an interactive session on evidentiary issues, a judicial roundtable, and much more! There will also be plenty of opportunities for networking and a reception at which the California Lawyers Association will honor their newest Appellate and Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame inductees.
Earn up to 13 Hours of MCLE, which includes 1 Hour in Elimination of Bias, 1 Hour Wellness Competence and 10 Hours Legal Specialization in Appellate Law.
