Civility in Arbitrations
Our program, Civility in Arbitrations, addresses the ethical and professional obligations
of attorneys and judges regarding civility in Arbitrations. We provide key statutes, rules,
appellate court rulings and guidelines that identify practices that constitute incivility and unprofessional conduct and the consequences. Our presentation identifies practices that promote zealous, yet civil, advocacy and communication.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
