SB 940: Latest Developments in ADR Certification & How to Avoid the Risks

SB-940 created a new system of ADR certification. But it delegated to the State Bar the task of working out much of the detail. What led to this legislation? Does it really solve a problem? What will it entail? What problems could result? How can it be implemented to mitigate the risks? When will it go into effect? And what do ADR neutrals and providers need to do to prepare? This program will address all of these questions and more, bringing you up to date on the latest developments about this still-evolving controversial enactment.

This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.

Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
