How Volunteer Mediators Are Successfully Resolving Cases with the OC Superior Court
Waymakers works with a panel of professional volunteers in partnership with OC Superior Court to provide free and low-cost mediation services for OC residents. We will discuss the nuts and bolts of how to reach a 70% successful rate in resolving cases. The pandemic has made a significant impact on how we are servicing clients. We are now navigating mediations on a virtual platform. We will discuss the do's and don'ts of Zoom practices and etiquette as well.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
