Topics to be discussed include the following: new rules and procedures for petitions to change venue and automatic reassignment of judge; termination of benefit liability and/for dismissals; current status of liens and differences between medical-legal expense disputes and petitions for non-IBR medical-legal expenses. Judge Pulley and Judge Spitzer will also provide the necessary updates to keep you compliant with the current regulations and informed on the pending relocation of the Santa Ana Board.
