Employee Benefits Issues in Mergers and Acquisitions
This program will address employee benefits issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions including the conduct of due diligence related to ERISA and other benefits matters, negotiating the purchase agreement, solving last-minute benefits issues that arise and how to handle post-closing/integration issues related to employee benefits.
