Discussion about civility and why it is important in today's environment. The talk will include Rules of Professional Conduct; the ABOTA Code on Civility; The California State Bar new attorney oath and practical examples.
This program is approved for 1.00 Legal Ethics CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
