Powers of Appointment: Everything You Need to Know from the Planning and Litigation Perspectives
This program will focus on the preparation and drafting of powers of appointment. The presenters will discuss requirements under the Probate Code and drafting techniques. The program will further discuss tax and litigation issues arising from powers of appointment, and relevant case law.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
