New Rules of Professional Responsibility Which Affect Small Firms and Solo Practitioners
The new Rules of Professional Conduct went into effect November 1, 2018. This program discusses how the revised rules impact Solo/Small Firm practitioners. The program will also discuss the impact of the California Supreme Court’s recent ruling Sheppard Mullin v. J-M Manufacturing.
