Every person has the right to be represented by an attorney or other representative while pursuing a claim or other rights under Titles II, XVI, and XVIII of the Social Security Act. San Francisco Region Public Affairs will provide a presentation covering updates, the ‘Authorization Processes’, Appointed Representative online services, best practices and tips for Appointed Representatives, and a summary of the ‘Hearings, Appeals, and Litigation Law Manual’ (HALLEX).
