From eviction moratoria to emergency rental assistance funding, COVID-19 has shaken up landlord/tenant law throughout the U.S. Prosecuting and defending unlawful detainer litigation has become more complex as State-enacted protection for tenants expire and local jurisdictions begin to wind down their COVID-19 tenant protections. The Honorable Kimberly A. Knill will share her insights into these issues and more during our discussion of changes and trends in post-pandemic landlord/tenant law.
