Emerging Trends in Housing in Newport Beach and Beyond - Accessory Dwelling Units, the Housing Crisis Act (SB330), and the 2020 Housing Action Plan
An Update on Housing Development Laws - Seimone Jurjis and Erik Weigand will discuss recently enacted housing development laws and mandated concessions promoting housing production, including Accessory Dwelling Units, the 2020 Housing Action Plan and the 2019 Housing Crisis Act. They will discuss what Newport Beach is doing and has done and what other cities in Orange County have done or are considering.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
