Sponsorship (as distinguished from mentoring) is an important way to increase diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Sponsorship and advocating for colleagues helps provide access to professional relationships and opportunities which are tied to developing talents and successful careers. This program focuses on the benefits and forms of sponsorship, both from the perspective of the sponsor and the sponsored.
