The Minor’s Compromise Petition – Getting it Right the First Time
This program will be a round table discussion between two experienced lawyers and an Orange County Superior Court Judge in regard to how to successfully navigate the Petition For Minor’s Compromise process so that the Petition is granted the first time.
Topics Will Include:
- The governing Probate Codes and Rules of Court
- Common areas where mistakes are made
- The importance of probate notes
- How to approach liens
- Working with the Guardian ad litem during the petition process
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
