In this interactive 60 minute workshop, we will dive into the elements of virtual presence essential in driving connection and impact over video. With an emphasis on body language and nonverbal communication, we will cover tips and techniques for set up, engagement and communication. Rachel Cossar, CFB Founder and Virtual Sapiens Co-Founder and CEO, is a body language and presence expert with a unique background in nonverbal performance in extremely high-pressure contexts. For 15 years, she trained and competed as a Rhythmic Gymnast on the Canadian National Team, later joining the Boston Ballet, where she performed lead roles on stages across the globe. With experience as a major gift fundraising professional at Harvard University and New England Conservatory, Rachel applies her programmatic content in real-world business scenarios, helping meet the needs of consultants, sales teams, executives, hospitality professionals and political figures among others.
