Advocating for the Advocate: Identifying, Preventing, and Recovering From Secondary Trauma

Secondary Trauma describes the experiences of many individuals exposed to the trauma of others as a result of their work. Attorneys have been shown to develop psychological symptoms as a result of repeated exposure to traumatic events of those they serve. Being aware of this issue is critical to our ability to be mentally, emotionally and physically able to competently represent our clients.

Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, June 15, 2019. No refunds after this date.
