Dealing with Perfectionism as A Lawyer and A Mom

One hurdle we face as lawyers and moms are the high standards to which we hold ourselves, both professionally and at home. The drive for perfectionism, which makes us great attorneys, can also, in its most negative form, lead to depression and low self-esteem which can affect our ability to perform legal services at our highest level. Please join the Mommy Esquire and Lawyer Well-Being Committees for a panel presentation with three successful lawyer moms on their own struggles with perfectionism. We are thrilled to host Carrie E. Foglesong—Of Counsel at Minyard Morris, Jessica Munk—Principal at Wiechert, Munk & Goldstein, PC, Kandy Williams—Founding Partner at Forward Counsel, and moderator Kelly Ernby—Deputy District Attorney, for this engaging discussion.

Registrants will be sent Zoom link day prior to the program date.
