KEEPING THE MFA CASE MOVING FORWARD; HOW TO CONDUCT A VIRTUAL FEE ARBITRATION HEARING

Presented by the OCBA Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee

In-person fee arbitration hearings may not be viable for all parties for the foreseeable future. Remote hearings provide the ability to keep fee arbitration cases moving forward in a social distancing environment. Join us to discuss how to adapt to the new normal for mandatory fee arbitration matters and how to best keep cases moving forward. This interactive program will address best practices — procedural and technological — for conducting virtual fee arbitration hearings.
