New Arbitrator Orientation & Training
 
OCBA members in practice four years or more are encouraged to volunteer as a Mandatory Fee Arbitration program arbitrator. This arbitrator training will provide an overview of the OCBA fee arbitration program, rules of procedure and ethical considerations regarding becoming a MFA arbitrator. This training session is required for all new MFA Committee arbitrators.

This acitivity is approved for 2.5 General CLE Credit, including 0.50 Legal Ethics CLE. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit. The program is an interactive Zoom Meeting. Participants will be allowed to unmute and activate their video.
 
Registered attendees will receive the Zoom meeting link prior to the program date.
