OCBA members in practice four years or more and have completed 25 hours of mediation training are encouraged to join the Mandatory Fee Arbitration (MFA) Committee as a volunteer MFA Mediator. This mediator training will provide an overview of the OCBA MFA Program, rules of procedure and ethical considerations. This training is required for all new MFA Committee mediators.
