Insights From Orange County Superior Court's Complex Court Regarding Wage and Hour and PAGA    

 

Our annual bench-bar event is back, and better than ever! We have the honor and privilege of hearing from all SIX judges on the complex bench. (Collect the whole set!) Judges Claster, Di Cesare, Nakamura, Sanders, Sherman, and Wilson will be answering the slew of questions our members have submitted to them. Issues include wage and hour and PAGA topics, discovery, class certification, class management, settlement, and trial.
